A little bit about me
I’m a freelance wellness writer living in the Vancouver area (go Canucks go) with a passion for personal development.
I am also the founder of Life By Deanna, a blog for women looking to grow and develop into their dream selves.
Writing has always been a passion for me. From writing long-winded diary entries to taking English classes for fun in College—I was a psychology major mind you—my experience with writing has crossed decades.
Alongside freelance writing and blogging, I work in social services. As I mentioned, I completed a degree in psychology, and have been making use of that piece of paper in the support sector. Personal development is a passion so being about to help people hands-on in a way that improves their lives is special to me.
When I’m not working you can find me cuddled up on the couch with my cat, Luna, and reading a book (probably a romance or fantasy). There’s a good chance I also have a vanilla latte from Starbucks in hand and I’m thinking about my next meal (huge mac and cheese lover over here).
