A big part of bettering yourself is confidence! It takes a bit of self confidence to take the first step and as you go, you keep building more and more confidence. 
Sometimes though we just don't have it. Some days you feel dumb. Other days you feel ugly. Some of the worst days you feel like you can't do anything right. 
💫 So, here are some journal prompts you can use today or any day when you are struggling with your confidence:

Something I've been doing this year is focusing more on pampering and self-care! I'm honestly embarrassed to admit this but I'm 28 years old and I finally started doing my skincare ~somewhat~ consistently 🤪 its in my habit tracker now lol

I like to set intentions because they help me stay I like to set intentions because they help me stay focused on a certain theme. They are different than goals in the sense that goals have a specific outcome and intentions are more like mottos to live by. You can set an intention for the year, the month, or weekly! Whatever works for you! 
Here are some intentions you can take into the new week:

🤍 embrace change 
🤍 take time to reflect 
🤍 do things that move you forward
